We take no responsibility for import fees or duties, which are set by the receiving country.

We do not accept change of mind returns, and in the event that an item is faulty, it must be returned via tracked post or courier within 7 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed.

Packages that are untracked or lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Testarotta. All return shipping costs back to Testarotta are the responsibility of the customer.
